Whose side are you on?

Chris/CB has been training for the Richmond marathon in November with a friend from the ward. (our church congregation) His name is Curteis. Curteis has an adorable almost 5 year old son named Adley who is obsessed with his Dad being able to beat Chris in this race. Adley notices how Chris runs and points out different features of his gait to his dad, encouraging him to do this or that "like Brother Bingham." He even told his dad that "Brother Bingham is faster than the Concorde."

It was time for Curteis to purchase some new running shoes and he took Adley with him. The two of them were speaking to the salesman and Adley looked intently at the shoes remarking at the ones he thought would "help him beat Brother Bingham." The salesman inquired who he was talking about, and Curteis explained that members of our church called each other "brother" and "sister." Adley then asked the salesman if he thought the selected shoes would help his dad beat brother Bingham and the salesman replied: "I don't know . . . it sounds like Brother Bingham has the Lord on his side."

Cute story! The boy's name is Adley? He's only the 3rd that I've heard of.
